Service Provider Agreement (Instructor)

This agreement governs the legal relationship between our platform and you as a content provider or instructor contributing to courses, materials, or other services on the platform.

By registering as an instructor and using the features provided to upload or sell content, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. Registration and Eligibility​

  • Instructors must register legitimately and provide valid information.
  • We reserve the right to deny or revoke instructor status if violations are found.

2. Rights and Content Ownership​

  • Instructors retain rights to the content they upload.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, market, and distribute such content through the platform.
  • You warrant that all content is original and does not infringe any third-party copyright.

3. Quality Standards​

  • All course materials must meet our established quality standards, including clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • We reserve the right to review, suggest improvements, or reject content that does not meet standards.

4. Payment and Revenue Sharing​

  • Revenue from content sales will be shared according to the agreed percentage.
  • Payments are made periodically based on monthly revenue reports.
  • Taxes or other deductions required by law will apply as per applicable regulations.

5. Code of Conduct and Behavior​

  • Instructors must maintain professionalism and ethics when interacting with learners.
  • Misleading information, irrelevant self-promotion, or unlawful content is strictly prohibited.

6. Content Removal​

  • Instructors may request content removal at any time with notice.
  • We reserve the right to remove content found to be illegal, infringing third-party rights, or violating platform policies.

7. Changes to Terms​

We may update this agreement from time to time. Changes take effect once announced, and continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
