How to Create a Course (Instructor)
As an instructor, you play an important role in sharing knowledge and experience with learners at Nihonbuzz Academy. Our platform provides an easy-to-use system to create, manage, and publish your courses independently.
This page will guide you step by step in creating your first course.
🎯 Preparation Before Creating a Course
Before starting, prepare the following:
- Course title
- Learning objectives
- Syllabus or content structure
- Content (text, videos, quizzes, or downloadable materials)
- Course thumbnail image
✏️ Steps to Create a Course
1. Access the Instructor Dashboard
Log in to your account and go to the Instructor Dashboard from the main menu.
2. Create a New Course
Click Create New Course. You will be directed to the course editor.
3. Fill in General Course Information
Complete the following details:
- Course Title
- Short Description (displayed in search results)
- Category
- Difficulty Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
- Cover Image / Thumbnail
4. Add Learning Content
Structure your course into:
- Modules or Chapters (main divisions)
- Lessons (with video, text, or both)
- Quizzes (optional, for evaluation)
- Assignments / Exercises (if needed)
You can upload content directly or use the built-in editor.
5. Set Pricing and Access
Choose whether the course will be:
- Free, or
- Paid (set a price)
If paid, the system will automatically handle marketplace integration.
6. Preview & Save
After completing:
- Preview the course to ensure everything looks correct
- Click Save Draft, or Submit for Review if ready to publish
📢 Course Publication
After submission, the admin team will conduct a light review before the course is officially published on the platform.
The review process usually takes 1–2 business days.

- Use clear and structured language
- Include illustrations or videos to enrich learning
- Add quizzes to increase engagement
- Ensure all links and uploaded files are active and accessible
