Forgot Password

🔁 Password Reset Steps​

Here’s how to reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click the “Forgot password?” link
  3. Enter the email address you used during registration
  4. Click “Send Reset Link”
  5. Check your email and click the provided link
  6. Enter a new password and confirm it

Once done, you can log in again using your new password.

✉️ Didn't Receive the Reset Email?​

If you don’t see the reset email within 5–10 minutes:

  • Check the Spam, Promotions, or Social folders
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and try resending the reset link
  • Add the sender’s domain to your contact list to avoid filtering

🔐 Tips for Choosing a New Password​

To keep your account secure, use a password that:

  • Is unique and hasn’t been used before
  • Has at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
  • Does not contain personal information like your name or birthdate
