Common Issues While Learning
Although the learning system is designed to be as easy as possible to access, some users may still experience technical or non-technical issues during their study. This page lists the most common problems and the solutions you can try.
📺 Video Won’t Play​
Symptoms: Video stops midway, does not appear, or shows an error message.
Solutions:
- Make sure your internet connection is stable and fast enough.
- Refresh the page.
- Use the latest version of your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- If you’re using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.
- Try accessing from a different device if possible.
🔒 Locked Modules or Content​
Symptoms: Unable to open certain sections even after completing previous ones.
Solutions:
- Check if you have completed the quiz or assignment in the previous section.
- Click the “Complete” or “Mark as Read” button if available.
- If it’s still locked, log out and log back in to refresh your session.
🧪 Quiz Not Working​
Symptoms: Quiz does not appear, buttons don’t work, or you can’t submit answers.
Solutions:
- Ensure you haven’t exceeded the allowed number of attempts.
- Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
- Use incognito mode to avoid conflicts with extensions.
- If the issue persists, take a screenshot and contact support.
🎓 Certificate Not Showing Up​
Symptoms: Completed the course but the certificate isn’t available.
Solutions:
- Check if you have finished all course sections.
- Make sure your quiz scores meet the passing criteria.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
- If it still doesn’t show, report it via Contact Us.
📴 Disconnected During Study​
Symptoms: System logs you out automatically, page goes blank, or returns to login screen.
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection, especially if using public Wi-Fi.
- Avoid opening multiple tabs/browsers during study.
- Save progress regularly when working on long quizzes or assignments.
🧠Confused Navigation / Don’t Know Where to Click​
Solutions:
- Use the “Next” button at the bottom of each lesson unit.
- Return to the dashboard and click “Continue Learning.”
- Review Dashboard Navigation.
